This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all applications (mobile apps, desktop apps), browser extensions, software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, and subscriptions developed and published by Akash (codeguyakash).

1. Nature of Products & Services

  • Digital Products: Many of our products are digital goods (such as browser extensions, mobile application downloads, or lifetime software licenses). Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a product is downloaded, installed, or activated, it cannot be returned. Thus, refunds are generally not provided unless specified otherwise under local consumer laws or platform terms.
  • SaaS & Subscriptions: For SaaS products or recurring subscription services, billing is processed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

2. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

While refunds are generally not granted, exceptions may be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases made on the same account within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Severe technical bugs or installation failures that prevent you from using the software, provided you have contacted our support team first and the issue could not be resolved.
  • Unauthorized transactions or verified billing errors processed by our payment processors.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To cancel a subscription, you can log into your account settings inside the SaaS product and manage your subscription via the billing portal. Alternatively, you can manage active subscriptions through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Chrome Web Store subscriptions page depending on where the purchase was made.
