2. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Some of our Services may require a one-time purchase, license fee, or ongoing subscription to access premium or cloud-based features.
  • All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Google Play Billing, Apple App Store Billing, or Chrome Web Store Payments). We do not store or collect your payment card details.
  • Subscription services will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date through your account settings or the respective application store.
  • Pricing and features are subject to change, but we will notify users of any significant updates or billing changes.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our dedicated Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • Refund requests for purchases made via external app stores (like Google Play or Apple App Store) must be requested directly through those respective platforms.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, user accounts, and API keys associated with our Services.
  • You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, unauthorized, abusive, or harmful activities, including attempting to disrupt the servers, security, or network of our products.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, titles, and interests in and to our Services, including but not limited to source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and digital assets, remain the exclusive property of Akash (codeguyakash).
